• Healthy Leadership (physical, emotional and mental wellbeing) program delivery with key content localization of a German auto supplier company- this program was designed in its headquarter in Germany; we have delivered 5 programs in China so far and will run another 5 programs within this year. We have committed to another 20 programs next year at all of its manufacturing sites in the region. Part of my engagement is to train the internal trainers on its core modules to help them become qualified co-facilitators.
