　　Mr. Wu enjoys over 20 years’ MNC experiences in areas like management, supply chain, lean manufacturing, and 6 sigma & continues improvement etc. Mr. Wu worked in the United States and France, and has a wealth of team management, supplier management and R&D experience. Mr. Wu has held management positions at Alcatel China, Siemens China, Delphi Asia Pacific, and Haworth Asia Pacific region. He set up two supplier management teams in Asia Pacific, managed including Japan, India, and Malaysia, Singapore and South Korea team. He successfully uses the Balance scorecard in supplier management. Mr. Wu has excellent management team and coaching experience and he has very strong leadership and problem-solving skills and a solid engineering background.

As a popular trainer, facilitator, coach and consultant, Mr. Wu delivers in an energetic, passionate and creative way. He brings coaching and facilitation skill into his training, so his workshop becomes more "excellent" and "inspiring.”
